Job Title: Creative Manager Location: Jacksonville Beach, FL (on-site) Pay: $110,000-$120,000 per year Company Information: Athena Ag supports the modern grower at any scale. About the Role: Athena is looking for an exceptional Creative Manager to lead the visual direction and creative execution across our portfolio of brands. This is a highly hands‑on leadership role for an experienced designer who combines outstanding creative talent with modern creative technology and AI‑powered workflows. You’ll lead major product launches, branding initiatives, packaging development, marketing campaigns, video production, and digital experiences while mentoring the creative team and collaborating closely with Marketing, Product Development, Production, Compliance, Sales, and Customer Experience. We’re looking for someone who enjoys creating exceptional work, embraces emerging technologies, and can balance creative innovation with execution, quality, and business objectives. What You’ll Do: Lead and mentor the internal creative team while remaining an active, hands‑on designer Lead the creative direction for product launches, marketing campaigns, packaging, merchandising, and digital experiences Design high‑impact branding, packaging, digital marketing, web, print, trade show, and retail assets while creating scalable templates for the broader creative team Develop new brands, logos, packaging systems, and visual identities across Athena’s portfolio Partner with Product Development, Production, and Compliance to bring packaging from concept through production Direct video production for product launches, educational content, social media, podcasts, webinars, and commercial projects Develop storyboards, production plans, and oversee editing, motion graphics, and post‑production Champion AI‑powered creative workflows to accelerate concept development, design exploration, image generation, animation, video editing, and content creation Evaluate and implement emerging creative technologies that improve efficiency while maintaining originality and brand quality Maintain brand consistency across all customer touchpoints and provide creative direction and quality control for all deliverables Manage creative projects and priorities through Asana while collaborating across multiple departments to deliver projects on time What We’re Looking For: Experience & Creative Expertise 7-10+ years of professional graphic design and creative leadership experience Exceptional portfolio demonstrating branding, packaging, marketing campaigns, digital design, and video production Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and modern creative technologies Experience leading creative teams while remaining an active contributor Strong understanding of print production, packaging development, production workflows, and brand management Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and project management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment AI & Creative Technology Professional experience integrating AI into creative workflows Proficiency with tools such as ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Claude, Runway, Veo, Kling, Eleven Labs, Opus, Envato, or similar creative platforms Ability to evaluate and adopt emerging creative technologies that improve quality and efficiency Strong understanding of balancing AI‑assisted workflows with exceptional design standards and originality Nice to Have Experience in consumer‑packaged goods (CPG), manufacturing, lifestyle, or retail brands Motion graphics, animation, and advanced video production experience Experience leading photography, art direction, and content production Experience with website design, user experience, and… #J-18808-Ljbffr Regional Client
