Als Technical Sales Support vervul je een centrale rol op het vlak van advies, ondersteuning en technische coördinatie. Je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden zijn: Technische eerstelijnsondersteuning bieden aan klanten en partners; Technische vragen op een duidelijke, betrouwbare en oplossingsgerichte manier beantwoorden; Interne teams ondersteunen, met name sales, marketing, productmanagement, opleiding en technische support; Binnenkomende vragen analyseren, behoeften identificeren en aangepaste antwoorden voorstellen op basis van de situatie; Meewerken aan het opstellen, aanpassen, actualiseren en valideren van technische documenten, commerciële ondersteuningsmaterialen, informatiefiches, lastenboeken of opleidingscontent ; Bijdragen aan de technische opvolging van bepaalde projecten, onder meer via overleg met interne en externe stakeholders; Af en toe deelnemen aan technische vergaderingen , bezoeken ter plaatse of gesprekken op het terrein om de behoeften van klanten beter te begrijpen; Technische experts ondersteunen bij studies, interne verbeteringen, ontwikkelingsprojecten of procesoptimalisaties; Bijdragen aan de voorbereiding en het geven van technische opleidingen voor klanten, partners of interne medewerkers; Terugkerende technische vragen opvolgen om bij te dragen aan de voortdurende verbetering van bestaande tools, processen en ondersteuningsmaterialen. #J-18808-Ljbffr
