Role Overview Design workflows, controls, and risk frameworks within ServiceNow, collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective risk and compliance management, and perform system configuration, customization, and integration. What You Will Do Perform system configuration, customization, and integration, support testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities, and ensure best practices and platform governance are followed.
