Independent Living Manager

Independent Living Manager Full-Time | Exempt | Rock Hill, SC Children's Attention Home is seeking a compassionate, organized, and experienced leader to serve as our Independent Living Manager . This position oversees the daily operations of our Independent Living Program, which supports young adults ages 18-21 as they transition toward independence. The Independent Living Manager provides leadership and supervision to program staff, coordinates participant services, ensures compliance with agency policies and regulations, and helps create a safe, supportive environment where young adults can develop the skills needed for long-term success. This role also works closely with community partners, volunteers, and stakeholders to strengthen resources and opportunities for participants. Key Responsibilities Include: Supervising and supporting Independent Living staff Overseeing participant admissions, services, and program operations Ensuring compliance with agency policies and licensing requirements Building community partnerships and coordinating educational opportunities Supporting program evaluation, outcomes tracking, and quality improvement efforts Participating in crisis response and on-call responsibilities as needed Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a human services or related field Experience working with young adults, child welfare, or a similar population Minimum of two years of supervisory experience Valid driver's license and ability to meet agency training requirements Get to Know Children's Attention Home Founded in 1970 as an emergency shelter for vulnerable youth, Children's Attention Home now provides comprehensive residential care for youth up to age 21.
