Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking an experienced Product Manager to join their team on a contract-to-hire basis. This role serves as a critical conduit between business stakeholders and IT delivery teams, translating business needs into actionable product roadmaps and capability requirements. Key Responsibilities • Gather and document business requirements around technology solutions, ensuring alignment with overall business processes and stakeholder needs • Serve as the primary liaison between business units and IT engineering teams, translating business needs into technical delivery guidance • Act in a product owner capacity within agile delivery teams, partnering closely with engineers, scrum masters, and IT leadership to prioritize and sequence work • Manage and communicate product roadmaps, capability prioritization, and delivery progress to directors, general managers, and other key stakeholders • Develop deep subject matter expertise in assigned business domains and the technology platforms that support them (e.g., Genesys, NICE, Appian, ACE) • Support change management activities associated with new capability rollouts, including reviewing job aids and advising on training materials as needed • Track and manage product documentation, sprint planning, and lifecycle milestones using Jira, Confluence, and PowerPoint • Collaborate with data and analytics teams on transformation logic, data ingestion, API integrations, and centralized reporting initiatives
