About the Role

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer with 6+ years of experience and strong expertise in Python, LLMs, Generative AI, and Agentic AI. The role focuses on building and deploying production-ready AI applications, autonomous agents, RAG solutions, and multi-agent workflows.

Roles & Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions using Python and modern AI frameworks.
\n
• Build and operationalize LLM-powered Generative AI applications.
\n
• Develop Agentic AI systems for reasoning, planning, decision-making, and task execution.
\n
• Build multi-agent workflows and AI orchestration solutions.
\n
• Design and implement RAG and knowledge retrieval solutions.
\n
• Integrate AI models with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and cloud platforms.
\n
• Perform prompt engineering, model evaluation, testing, and optimization.
\n
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and engineering teams on AI solutions.
\n
• Establish practices for AI governance, security, scalability, and responsible AI.
\n
• Leverage AI coding accelerators such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, and Codex to improve engineering productivity.

Required Skills & Experience

\n

\n
• 5+ years of Software Engineering, AI/ML Engineering, or Data Science experience.
\n
• Strong Python programming expertise.
\n
• Hands-on experience building and deploying LLM-based applications.
\n
• Production experience delivering Generative AI solutions.
\n
• Experience with Agentic AI, autonomous agents, or multi-agent systems.
\n
• Strong knowledge of Prompt Engineering, RAG, vector search, and AI application patterns.
\n
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, or Semantic Kernel.
\n
• Experience integrating AI services with enterprise applications and APIs.
\n
• Strong software design, testing, and scalable application development experience.
\n
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
\n
