Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests promptly with a smile and positive attitude.

Manage walk-in guests to optimize seating efficiency.

Provide menus and inform guests about daily specials.

Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area.

Assist in coordinating with servers and bussers for smooth operations.

Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism.

Help create a friendly and inviting atmosphere for all diners.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

Positive attitude and a passion for providing outstanding service.

Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
