Mechanical Project Manager

Seeking a hybrid Mechanical Project Manager, the successful candidate will oversee project documentation, manage budgets, and ensure timely completion of construction projects while collaborating with various teams and clients. Key responsibilities Develop and manage all project documentation and schedules, ensuring successful project hand-off and execution Prepare and manage construction budgets, including obtaining permits and finalizing billing schedules Collaborate with subcontractors and field personnel to ensure project safety, quality, and profitability Required qualifications Previous project management experience or a BS/BA degree in Building Science, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field PMP, CCM, or equivalent certification is preferred OSHA 30, First Aid, and CPR training Extensive experience managing construction project budgets Strong leadership skills with a proven track record in a supervisory role
