Controller We're partnering with a client in the Logistics space with multiple U.S. locations. This is a full-time, on-site role, but remote candidates are welcome to apply and discuss relocation support. As Controller, you will lead the financial function for a multi-entity logistics services enterprise. Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will be responsible for accounting operations, team leadership, and process improvement across our regional operations. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor accounting staff across multiple business units and locations Manage all aspects of financial operations, including month-end close, financial reporting, and variance analysis Oversee intercompany reconciliations and ensure accurate consolidation across multiple legal entities Drive process improvements in billing, revenue recognition, cost controls, and internal procedures Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial systems, particularly Microsoft Great Plains (GP) Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking Partner with cross-functional teams including operations and executive leadership to support strategic initiatives Requirements Proven experience as a Controller or senior finance leader, preferably in the logistics, moving, or transportation industry Hands-on experience with multi-entity accounting and intercompany reconciliations Strong background in process improvement and internal controls Proficiency with Microsoft Great Plains (GP) Strong leadership and communication skills with a collaborative approach #J-18808-Ljbffr
