Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This position offers 16-24 hours per week, with the flexibility to provide services onsite at one or two locations, or virtually (VOCO PT). As an integral member of the educational team, you’ll work closely with teachers, administrators, and families to deliver high-quality physical therapy services.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist with experience in pediatric or school-based settings
• Comfortable working across both elementary and middle grade levels
• Proficient in conducting assessments and delivering therapy virtually when needed
• Strong communicator and natural collaborator who thrives on teamwork
• Able to organize and manage a consistent caseload without compensatory service demands

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive physical therapy services for students according to IEP goals
• Conduct thorough evaluations, observations, and virtual assessments as required
• Develop evidence-based treatment plans in coordination with educators and parents
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate with school staff to promote student progress
• Track and document student outcomes and maintain accurate records in compliance with regulations
