What You Get To Do In This Role

\n
• Partner with HR Business Partners to drive initiatives aligned to the BU or Regional Strategy
\n
• Act as an organizer between the HRBPs and global COEs (centers of excellence) to ensure that HR programs are aligned with internal client needs
\n
• Provide HR policy, process and/or program advice and coaching to employees and managers, when appropriate
\n
• Drive projects as determined in the annual HR operational plan and coordinate across the global HRBP team to deliver business and HR initiatives such as organization reviews; performance management process; compensation planning cycle; talent review and succession planning processes; and workforce restructurings, when applicable
\n
• Complete ad-hoc projects as required with cross-functional HR / Partner teams, working on or leading projects/programs
\n
• Partner with COEs and Ops to assist in delivering HR programs and policies in functionally and regionally relevant ways
\n
• Drive communication and sharing of best practices to facilitate continuous improvement
\n
• Identify greater process improvements with current Global People processes in place, i.e. extensions of building out living documentation related to Global People philosophies for sustainability/scale purposes
\n
• Act as a culture champion, regionally and functionally, working with leaders to drive high-levels of engagement
\n
• Support HRBP's to execute on:
\n
• Strategic workforce planning
\n
• Calibration and succession planning
\n
• Organization design, change management, and culture
\n
• Leadership and team development
\n
• Relevant workforce trends which will impact the BU

\n

• Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, communication, presentation and negotiation skills
\n
• Ability to form relationships with the business as a known trusted advisor
\n
• Ability to manage own time and workload, juggling conflicting priorities
\n
• Knowledge of HR programs and processes (e.g., performance management, workforce planning, talent management and employment laws)
\n
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
\n
• Possess confidence in handling ambiguous and fluid situations
\n
• Good understanding of cultural and geographical differences and practices

• Based on the job description, what are the must have non-negotiable items that a candidate must have to be successful in this role? Someone who is proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and flexible. They will need to be okay with some of the more transactional/administrative HR work.

• What backgrounds/skills can we be more flexible with that can be learned on the job? We can teach much of the company processes, etc. during the assignment.

• Does this position require to sit onsite or travel? We’re open to remote as well.
\n
• Does this person have to work in a specific time zone? (e.g. - If a person on the East Coast can work PST, is that ok?) That’s fine as long as they can work PST.
