This is not a transactional sales role - it is a highly consultative relationship management position focused on serving high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, executives, business owners, and multigenerational families. Advisors are empowered to become long-term strategic partners to their clients, helping navigate complex investment, wealth transfer, legacy, and financial planning decisions.

• Existing book of business and strong professional network preferred

• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong business development capabilities

• Passion for investments, client service, and relationship management

Series 7, 63, 65, or 66 licenses - any combination is highly valued.

This is a hybrid opportunity. During the first 3-6 months, advisors are expected to spend additional time in-office for onboarding, training, and immersion into the firm's culture and advisory platform. Following that period, advisors typically maintain a flexible schedule - collaborating in-office periodically while spending significant time meeting with clients and developing relationships externally.

The hiring process is comprehensive and relationship-focused, typically consisting of 4 to 5 interview stages over approximately 2-5 weeks.
