We provide comprehensive, full‑service outpatient mental health services in Florida through in‑person and virtual visits through a secure online telehealth platform. Our services include psychiatric/psychological evaluations, medication management, psychotherapy & counseling, and neuropsychological testing services. Our team of mental health professionals includes psychiatrists, clinical psychologists/neuropsychologists, board‑certified psychiatric nurse practitioners, certified physician assistants and licensed therapists. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Practice Manager to lead and oversee the operations of our healthcare practice. The ideal candidate will manage the office management team, coordinate patient and provider schedules, and ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations. This role requires strategic thinking, strong leadership and excellent communication skills to align operational strategies with the organization’s mission and long‑term goals. Qualifications Minimum 7 years of experience in the healthcare domain, including at least 5 years in a managerial role. Proven experience in practice management, preferably overseeing multiple office locations. Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred. Experience managing mental health clinics preferred. Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams. Responsibilities Lead and supervise the office management team for efficient administrative operations. Manage patient scheduling to optimize appointment flow and enhance patient experience. Oversee provider schedules to maximize availability and productivity. Participate actively in the development and implementation of strategic plans to support long‑term goals. Conduct regular meetings with senior management to align operational strategies with the organization’s mission and vision. Address and resolve issues or complaints raised by providers, staff and patients promptly and professionally. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies and procedures. Facilitate communication and collaboration between clinical and administrative teams. Compensation and Benefits Excellent base compensation and quarterly performance bonus.
