Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Process Analyst to drive the execution of Company-wide initiatives and activities across business units to embed a culture of innovative and efficient strategy. The Process Analyst acts as a liaison between business units and facilitates business process modeling and research efforts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Clinical degree preferred
• Project management certification (PMP – Project Management Professional) and Six Sigma
• Certification preferred
• Experience with project management methodologies, including project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, controlling and closing
• Excellent analytical, facilitation and negotiation skills
