Job Description

What You'll Do:

• Connect and Communicate: Make a minimum of 100 outbound calls per day to potential customers in a designated territory.
• Schedule Quality Appointments: Coordinate and secure an average of 1.5 qualified survey appointments per day (that's at least 37 per month ) to help our outside sales representatives provide preventative maintenance quotes.
• Organize Sales Calendars: Efficiently manage and update the Dynamics/Outlook calendar to ensure smooth scheduling for our Outside Sales team.
• Track and Update Prospect Info: Utilize Dynamics CRM to update contact notes, track prospects, manage tasks, document calls, and ensure all information is maintained with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Coordinate with Outside Sales Team: Communicate effectively by sending invites and keeping our Sales Representatives fully informed of all scheduled appointments.
• Expand Prospecting Opportunities: Identify new leads and business opportunities within your assigned territory to maximize growth and expand outreach.
• Document and Follow Through: Maintain accurate records in Dynamics Timeline , ensuring clear communication and follow-up on progress and activities.
• Team Collaboration: Forward service and installation requests seamlessly to the Sales Admin team for quick action.
