Travel Sonographer jobs in San Diego, CA offer a fast-paced environment with 13 exams per shift using GE Logic 9 machines. You will perform abdominal, pelvic, OB, Doppler, thyroid, scrotal, neonatal brain and spine, aorta, renal, and hernia evaluations. OB exams include detailed perinatology scans. Each study is allotted 30 minutes, with OB and Doppler exams given 45 minutes. You will float to various locations in San Diego and work a mix of days, evenings, nights, and weekends, totaling 40 hours per week. No call shifts are required, and days off may not always be consecutive. This role requires RDMS (OB) and (AB) registration, BLS from the American Heart Association, and the ability to work a variety of shifts.
