Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Location: Wilmington, DE
Setting: School-Based
Schedule: Full-Time, 37.5 Hours per Week, Monday–Friday
School Year: 2026–2027
Dates: August 25, 2026 – June 8, 2027
Qualifications
- Active Delaware BCBA certification required
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Experience providing behavioral support in a school setting preferred
- Strong knowledge of behavior intervention plans (BIPs), functional behavior assessments (FBAs), and special education services
- Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
- Delaware BCBA Certification
Pay: $45+ per hour , based on experience
Position Details
- Full-time onsite position for the 2026–2027 school year
- Support 2–3 assigned school sites throughout the school year
- Conduct interviews for paraprofessionals assigned to supported campuses
- Collaborate with special education teams, administrators, and classroom staff
- Additional assignment details discussed during interview
- Ready to interview ASAP
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
- Develop and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Provide consultation and behavioral support to school staff and families
- Train and supervise staff on behavior management strategies
- Interview and assist with the selection of paraprofessionals for assigned schools
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with district and state requirements
