Pediatrician Opportunity

Our organization is on the lookout for a dedicated Pediatrician to become a part of our growing Primary Care team in Hutchinson, MN.

As a member of an established group of 20 Primary Care physicians, you will benefit from a 4-day work week and have the option to engage in teaching if that aligns with your interests. This role offers a chance for mentorship while allowing you the freedom to develop your own practice style. Responsibilities will include outpatient clinic duties along with rotating coverage for the inpatient nursery.

Our organization operates as a multispecialty private practice, with all clinic, hospital, and support services conveniently located on a single campus in Hutchinson, MN, just 60 miles west of the Twin Cities. Hutchinson is known for its friendly community, excellent schools, and beautiful parks.

The starting salary for this position is $268,000.00 . Compensation is determined by the role's requirements and level, as well as factors such as education, experience, skills, location, and internal equity. Additionally, this position may qualify for a work RVU productivity bonus.
