Family Medicine Physician Opportunity

Our organization is on the lookout for a Board Eligible/Board Certified Family Medicine Physician to become a part of our growing Primary Care team.

Join a well-established group of 20 Primary Care physicians and enjoy a balanced work schedule with a 4-day work week. The position includes minimal telephone call responsibilities and offers teaching opportunities for those interested. As a member of our team, you will receive mentorship while also having the freedom to shape your practice according to your preferences. This role is primarily outpatient-focused, with the option for hospital shifts if desired.

This is a full-time employed position with a pathway to partnership. • Starting Salary: $298,000
• Compensation is influenced by the role's requirements and level, as well as factors such as education, experience, skills, location, and internal equity.
• This position may also qualify for a work RVU productivity bonus in addition to the base salary.

Our practice is a multispecialty, independent group located on a single campus in Hutchinson, MN, which is situated 60 miles west of the Twin Cities. Hutchinson is known for its friendly atmosphere, excellent schools, and beautiful parks.
