Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Great Lake Behavioral Center, your key responsibilities will include:

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Leading engaging group therapy sessions that encourage connection among participants while allowing them to exchange experiences and support one another.

• Individual Counseling: Providing one-on-one, compassionate therapy to clients, aiding them in exploring thoughts and feelings as well as developing personalized coping mechanisms and actionable plans.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborating with clients to design customized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs and recovery goals, ensuring each client feels understood and valued.

• Progress Monitoring: Assessing client progress through various tracking methods, including treatment outcome measures, to provide feedback and adapt therapeutic interventions as necessary.

• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Communicating effectively with a multidisciplinary team to guarantee optimal care for clients. This includes consulting on complex cases and coordinating with other professionals.

Qualifications\n
