Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Conscious Therapy, you will be responsible for a variety of essential tasks, including:

• Conducting comprehensive trauma-informed mental health assessments to gain insight into each patient’s history and therapeutic needs.

• Designing and implementing individualized treatment plans aimed at trauma recovery and resilience building, tailored to the unique experiences of each client.

• Providing evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to facilitate patients' healing processes.

• Delivering both individual and group therapy sessions that guide clients in processing trauma, developing effective coping strategies, and fostering emotional growth.

• Engaging in collaborative care with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic and integrated patient care.

• Responding effectively to crisis situations, providing immediate support for trauma-related emergencies.

• Educating clients and their families about trauma responses and coping mechanisms, ensuring they have access to valuable resources for ongoing support.

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:
