EMR Assistant Operations Manager

Overview EMR Assistant Operations Manager – Mountain View, CA Schedule: Monday - Friday (4pm - 12am) Pay Range: $73,000 - $80,000 annually Responsibilities Manage hourly technicians, ensuring safety and efficient execution of maintenance duties Support the operations by utilizing a variety of digital platforms Gather, sort, verify, and enter various asset and other data types Monitor and respond to support requests, building alerts, escalations, and tickets Assist with commercial fleet vehicles, drivers, safety, and accident/incident support Assist with day‑to‑day financial and administrative tasks Run various reporting, write daily recaps Manage jobs and escalations with third‑party vendors Provide in‑field support: assist team with access issues, quality assurance, problem solving, and support Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience Commitment to safety and promotion of a safe work environment Minimum of 2 years experience with food service equipment or similar facility environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong passion for great food, hospitality, and user experience General understanding and experience with the maintenance of food service equipment Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines Ability to follow all health & safety standards Demonstrates good judgment and decision‑making skills Maintains a positive attitude under pressure and motivates team Working knowledge of Google Docs, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint Ability to work independently as well as in a team Ability to work in a fast‑paced, changing environment Physical and Language Requirements Stand, talk or hear, taste or smell; walk, use hands or fingers; handle or feel; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; specific vision abilities required; ability to read, understand and speak English.
