What you’ll do:
FUNCION PRINCIPAL:
Responsable del mantenimiento al programa de kiteo de órdenes, revisión del plan de producción, manejo de archivo de órdenes a surtir, Transferencia de materiales en sistema a produccion y su correcto llenado.FUNCIONES ESENCIALES:
- Manejar la impresión de Pick list de acuerdo con las ordenes posteadas en planes de producción.
- Revisar el pick list para determinar números de parte corto y a surtir.
- Entregar los Pick List a los almacenistas.
- Expeditar las ordenes en el sistema contra el análisis de cortos de materiales o disponibilidad de este, revisión de ordenes vs SAP, garantizando prevenir tiempo muerto en las líneas de producción a través de la entrega de materiales en tiempo de respuestas afable.
- Dar soporte en la gestión de las transacciones en el sistema SAP.
- Recibir las solicitudes de requisiciones a través del sistema SAP.
- Informar de manera efectiva vía herramientas de comunicación (Email, MS Teams), sobre el estatus de las ordenes kiteadas.
- Atender los shops orders.
- Realizar conteos cíclicos.
- Informar a su supervisor de cualquier riesgo identificado, riesgos de seguridad, discrepancias de inventarios.
- Realizar devolución de materiales y asegurar que el material este identificado correctamente y completado la transferencia en el sistema SAP.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de las 5's en su área de trabajo.
- Llenado de reportes de varios.
- Participar en las reuniones de arranque Tier.
- Asistir a todos los entrenamientos de Seguridad, Salud y Medio ambiente que sean asignados.
- Cumplir con los requerimientos de 5S/MESH.
- Responsable de velar por las normas de seguridad, así como las políticas establecidas por Eaton.
- El no-cumplimiento con los procedimientos de seguridad puede derivar en accidentes menores y/o lesiones dependiendo de la función.
