Required QualificationsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull cartsAbility to read, write, and communicate effectivelyBasic computer skillsAbility to wear safety-toe bootsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced hospital environment?? Key ResponsibilitiesPick and prepare orders for delivery to various departmentsLoad and operate hand trucks/carts to transport merchandiseReceive, inspect, and distribute supplies and merchandiseVerify delivery tickets, purchase orders, receiving reports, and packing slipsRotate inventory and check product expiration datesIdentify and report damaged, missing, expired, or incorrect itemsAssist with inventory and cycle countsUse computer systems and handheld devices to enter and retrieve informationOperate hydraulic lifts and cardboard balers as requiredMaintain cleanliness and organization of storage areasAssist with returns, repacking, labeling, and shipping materialsFollow all departmental safety procedures and hospital policiesMay be required to make deliveries to other network hospital locations as assignedPerform other related duties as needed?
