Position Overview We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to develop effective go-to-market materials, content, processes, stories and materials to grow revenue and adoption. This role requires close collaboration with sales, customer success, and product teams to unlock the key messages and product capabilities that will drive success. This role is about product adoption and expansion within our clients. The Role A successful Product Marketing Manager will drive product adoption through the following: Enable Sales and Customer Success - Collaborate with Sales & Customer Success to provide easy-to-find, effective content that drives additional sales & expansions Create Simple & Effective Content - Develop effective presentations, compelling customer-facing content, and materials to communicate our value proposition clearly Organize Selling Materials - Make it easy for our teams to find the right materials for the situations they encounter and make sure they know how to use them Spearhead RFP / RFI Strategies - Work with sales to co-develop best practices to handle RFP / RFIs Analyze client & product metrics - Utilize data to create action oriented plans to grow our clients, Track effectiveness if targeted campaigns and product upgrades Develop PLG Strategies - Figure out new ways to have our product expand on its own within our clients Optimize Communication Plans - Study & improve current client communication plans to drive additional adoption, including updates on new, relevant product enhancements Develop Marketing Strategies - Collaborate with marketing resources to manage Internet positioning, content strategies, videos, case studies, events, etc. Develop Training Materials - Collaborate with all other Candex functions to develop materials that the organization and the clients can use for training Qualifications 5+ years of product marketing, product, and/or management consulting experience Ability to drive results by collaborating cross-functionally between Sales, Marketing, Product, & Tech.
