Senior Executive Recruiter

Leading the full-lifecycle recruitment for senior-level positions, the full-time Senior Executive Recruiter will design and execute strategies for hiring across various functions including Product, Engineering, Sales, and Finance, while managing relationships with C-suite executives in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities Design and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies for VP and C-level roles across technical and non-technical functions Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives, providing market insights and talent mapping Leverage industry networks and inclusive recruiting channels to build diverse executive candidate slates Required Qualifications 7+ years of full-lifecycle recruitment experience, with at least 3+ years in executive search for VP level and above Proven track record of recruiting senior leaders within the Education Technology sector or related industries Experience placing senior executives across both technical and non-technical disciplines High-level influence and communication skills with experience advising C-suite executives Strong knowledge of complex executive compensation packages and offer structuring
