How you’ll make an impact in this role

• Foster a therapeutic environment by assisting patients with personal care and daily routines, ensuring they feel supported and respected throughout their recovery.

• Promote patient safety and stability by expertly assisting with movement and positioning, maintaining a secure physical space for both patients and the clinical team.

• Act as a vital clinical advocate by observing and reporting subtle changes in a patient’s emotional or mental state, providing the nursing team with the insights needed for timely intervention.

• Ensure a high-quality care setting by meticulously documenting patient progress and maintaining a clean, organized unit that meets rigorous safety and medical standards.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

Required Credential(s):

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire
