Therapist – Children’s Program, Anderson, Indiana As a Therapist, you’ll play a vital role in providing clinical services to individuals—primarily children, adults and/or families—with mental health issues and/or dual diagnoses, and those with substance use/dependence issues in both outpatient and residential settings. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, mental status exams, and diagnoses. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients. Provide individual, family, couples, and group counseling services. Deliver therapeutic services aligned with treatment plans. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, courts, schools, and community agencies to coordinate care. Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and external partners both verbally and in writing. Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical and administrative documentation. Adhere to organizational policies, ethical standards, and state and federal regulations. Qualifications We’re seeking compassionate, motivated individuals who are passionate about whole‑person care and thrive in a collaborative, team‑based environment. Experience in behavioral health or social services is a plus. Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, Marital & Family Therapy, or a related behavioral science field is required. Current non‑probationary temporary license from the state of Indiana (LSW, LMHC‑A, LMFT‑A, LCAC‑A or equivalent) is required. Valid driver’s license, a driving record meeting Meridian’s driving policy, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance are required.
