Emergency Response Specialist (ERS)

As an Emergency Response Specialist (ERS), you'll be one of the first people to respond when fires, floods, and other property disasters occur. You will support property owners during difficult moments while building relationships throughout the community and helping coordinate the recovery process. This role also serves as a development path into future Emergency Response Coordinator positions.  

What You'll Do  

• Respond to fire, water, and storm losses  
• Support Emergency Response Coordinators on large losses  
• Independently respond to smaller incidents and assess opportunities  
• Assist homeowners, tenants, and property managers during emergencies  
• Build relationships with fire departments, first responders, adjusters, and community leaders  
• Visit fire stations and participate in community events  
• Help protect properties from further damage and guide customers through next steps  
• Represent Paul Davis in the community  
• Participate in an on-call rotation, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Experience  

Experience in any of the following is a plus: 

• Restoration or construction  
• Fire service, EMS, military, or emergency response  
• Insurance or property management  
• Outside sales or customer service  
• Service-based industries  

Requirements  

• Strong communication and organizational skills  
• Comfortable using technology and CRM systems  
• Valid driver's license and good driving record  
• Ability to manage multiple priorities  
• Willingness to participate in an on-call schedule
