Being sustainable by nature, Döhler helps to nourish the world better: Good for people – Good for planet.® As a Global Account Director, you will own and grow relationships with some of our most strategic global customers—driving sustainable, profitable growth while shaping the future of our partnerships. Your responsibilities include owning and growing global key accounts, leading and inspiring a global, cross-functional team, developing and executing a 3-year account development plan, driving innovation and new product initiatives, acting as a trusted advisor to senior customer stakeholders, leading commercial negotiations and pricing strategies, championing digital transformation, and ensuring operational excellence.

The compensation range provided reflects the expected base compensation only and does not include potential bonuses, incentive plans, or benefits. An individual's final compensation offer will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to education level, relevant experience, training, and geographic location.

Your profile should include a Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field, 10+ years of experience in the food & beverage industry, ideally within global or strategic account management, approximately 20% - 70% travel required depending on customer portfolio, experience with SAP and digital tools, exposure to global markets and multicultural team environments, proven ability to drive revenue growth and manage complex global accounts, strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional and virtual teams across regions, a strategic mindset paired with a hands-on, execution-focused approach, exceptional communication and influencing skills—comfortable engaging at senior executive levels, experience in commercial negotiations, pricing strategy, and long-term account planning, and comfort working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
