We are seeking a licensed real estate agent to join our team and make an immediate impact in Cape Coral and surrounding areas. In this role, you will work with company generated and self-generated buyers and sellers on the sell/purchase of their homes and investment properties. You will be given the opportunity to work with a wide array of clients and prospects from first-time homebuyers to seasoned investors. LEADS: We provide warm, pre-approved leads for buyers and sellers. We provide a wide array of income generating opportunities to include company generated investor purchases and listings, owner lease listings, tenant/homebuyer conversions, and more. Immediate access to our CRM with 50,000+ contacts ready to hear from you. No desk fees: We do not charge desk fees, admin fees, or monthly fees. 10+ transactions on average per agent, annually. Proven track record of developing top performing agents. Weekly sales meetings with our broker. Weekly hands‑on coaching and mentoring. Build relationships with and convert pre‑qualified leads generated by our business development team. Provide sellers with a clear listing presentation that includes key selling points and the suggested asking price. Buyer tours, listing presentations, and open houses. Run comparative marketing analysis (CMAs) for sell and rental value of company-generated listings. Attend weekly meetings and collaborate with our supportive staff in SWFL and CA/TX/TN.
