Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Estero, FL. The Real Estate Agent will represent buyers and sellers in property transactions, including conducting property showings, hosting open houses, preparing and presenting offers, and guiding clients through negotiations and closing. Daily responsibilities include prospecting for new clients, maintaining relationships with current clients, and staying informed about local market trends, pricing, and inventory. The role also involves preparing property listings, coordinating marketing activities, and ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant with relevant regulations. The Real Estate Agent will collaborate with colleagues, lenders, inspectors, and other professionals to provide a smooth, positive experience for clients. Qualifications Active Real Estate License and solid knowledge of Real Estate practices Experience in Sales and Real Property transactions Strong Customer Service skills and client relationship management abilities Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work on-site in Estero, FL with a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed Comfort with basic digital tools and real estate listing platforms Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple transactions, and meet performance goals Prior local market experience in Estero or surrounding areas is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Knowledge Base Real Estate
