About The Role As a Graphic Designer, you will create compelling visual assets that support our marketing, email, and retail initiatives while helping shape and maintain a consistent brand identity. A central focus of this position is designing sale logos and lockups, email campaign graphics, website banners, and website coupon designs, along with photo editing to keep our imagery polished and on‑brand across every channel. This role also involves developing signage files for our permanent retail storefronts nationwide, ensuring consistent brand presentation across our showroom network. The ideal candidate brings strong graphic design skills, a keen eye for layout and visual hierarchy, and the ability to manage multiple creative projects in a fast‑paced environment. This role works closely with the marketing, content, and cross‑functional teams to bring creative concepts to life while ensuring all deliverables align with brand standards and business objectives. Advanced understanding of composition, visual hierarchy, typography, color, and layout principles across digital formats. Strong graphic design and photo editing skills, including creating sale logos/lockups, email designs, website banners, coupon designs, and general image retouching. Develop and produce signage files for permanent retail storefronts across our nationwide showroom network, ensuring brand consistency at the store level. Receptive to feedback and able to adapt work based on creative direction, critiques, and business objectives. Collaborate with our marketing and content teams to craft compelling visuals that bring the Whisper Outdoor brand to life. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments and with stakeholders. Ability to balance creativity with deadlines while maintaining high‑quality deliverables. You’ll Bring to the Role Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, Fine Arts, or a related field preferred. Equivalent professional experience and a strong portfolio will also be considered. 2+ years of professional graphic design experience preferred. Experience designing for email marketing, e‑commerce, or retail brands strongly preferred. Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, as well as general photo editing tools. Experience developing signage or print‑ready files for retail environments a plus. Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design work, particularly sale/promotional graphics, email design, and web banner design. Knowledge of digital design standards and best practices for email and web. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and collaborate proactively with marketing teams and cross‑functional partners.
