Primary Responsibilities:
- Resolve patient and insurance credit balances
- Recoupment requests
- Prepare refund requests and documentation
- Reconcile refunds
- Interact with Cash Management Supervisor when credit balance issues occur
- Compile information and prepare reports
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
Experience:
One year of medical billing experience with demonstrated initiative and self-direction.
