Business Litigation Associate Attorney – MinneapolisDirect Counsel is seeking a Business Litigation Associate Attorney to join a highly regarded law firm in Minneapolis. This is an outstanding opportunity to work on complex commercial, civil, and business litigation matters for a diverse national and international client base.Key Responsibilities:Handle high-stakes litigation matters, including trade secret and non-compete disputes, intellectual property litigation, and M&A-related litigation.Manage discovery processes, including e-discovery, motion practice, and brief writing.Conduct legal research, draft compelling pleadings, and participate in court proceedings.Collaborate closely with partners and clients to develop strategic litigation approaches.Qualifications:Experience: 2 to 5 years of litigation experience at a law firm, with a strong focus on complex commercial litigation.Skills: Excellent research, writing, and analytical abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
