About the Role
Were looking for a highly organized and proactive Builders Relations Specialist to support our growing operations. In this role, youll help strengthen builder relationships, improve internal processes, and ensure a smooth experience for both customers and teams.

What Were Looking For

Builder & Customer Relationship Management

• Serve as a key liaison between builders, customers, and internal teams
• Manage and respond to customer and internal communications promptly
• Implement structured follow-ups to enhance customer satisfaction

Operational Excellence & Organization

• Maintain and optimize CRM systems for accuracy and reporting
• Organize and manage shared drives and documentation
• Build scalable systems in ClickUp to track workflows and performance

Pricing & Data Management

• Lead the maintenance and updates of Builder Pricing
• Collaborate with purchasing and leadership on pricing changes
• Analyze operational data to identify efficiency improvements

Scheduling & Coordination

• Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings with precision
• Manage reservations and logistics for external meetings
• Maintain accurate contact databases

Process Improvement & Communication

• Standardize Builders Relations processes across departments
• Improve communication flow between teams
• Proactively identify gaps and implement solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field (preferred)
• 13 years of customer service or operations experience
• Proficiency with Google Workspace tools
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and organization
