Strategic Finance Lead

Our client is seeking a Strategic Finance Lead to lead financial planning, forecasting, and business performance analysis. This individual will partner closely with executive leadership to provide actionable insights, support key business decisions, and drive financial strategy across the organization. Key Responsibilities Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and long-range planning. Analyze financial and operational performance to identify risks, trends, and growth opportunities. Develop financial models to support investments, business cases, and strategic initiatives. Provide leadership with insights around profitability, revenue, expenses, and key performance metrics. Present financial recommendations and reporting to senior leadership. Collaborate cross-functionally to support strategic projects and organizational growth. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. 10+ years of experience in FP&A, Finance, Strategic Finance, or related areas. Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Advanced proficiency with Excel and presentation tools. Ability to communicate complex financial concepts to business leaders. Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills. MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred. Competitive salary range: $170,000 - $215,000 + bonus Employees are paid on a biweekly basis.
