Overnight Janitorial Supervisor – Lone Tree, CO
We are hiring an Overnight Janitorial Supervisor to lead a team of approximately 13 employees at a customer facility in Lone Tree.
Job Title: Overnight Janitorial Supervisor
Location: Lone Tree, CO
Pay: $23–$25/hour
Schedule: Overnight Shift
- Monday-Friday 5pm-2am
Must Haves
- 2+ years of supervisory experience
- Bilingual – English/Spanish
- Experience leading 10+ employees
What You'll Do
- Lead a team of approximately 13 janitorial employees
- Assign work and oversee daily cleaning responsibilities
- Monitor quality and site standards
- Coach and support team members
- Handle day-to-day staffing and employee issues
- Assist the team when needed
