Screen Print OperatorPA - Coatesville - COATESVILLE, PA 19320Uticom is a rapidly growing graphics manufacturing company located west of Coatesville, PA. We are seeking a Printing Assistant to help us in meeting the demands and volume of our screen printing department.Job tasks, Responsibilities & SkillsAssist in operation of press including loading & unloading of material, and ink handling.Setup and operation of screen equipment, and troubleshooting as needed.Gathering correct materials and inks needed to run job.Cross-train to work on other presses and learn operator skills for possible advancement.Maintain a working knowledge of all departmental equipment, and work techniques.Follow all company and department policies and procedures for conduct, safety, quality and housekeepingOther duties as assigned.Required SkillsExperience working within a manufacturing environment.Excellent attention to detail and quality control.Strong ability to work with the team as well as independently.Strong verbal, visual, and written communication skills.Ability to work overtime as neededAbility to work weekends as neededHave reliable transportationAbility to lift, push, and pull up to 50lbsBenefits (further details to be provided)Full Time: 40 hours/week, Monday through FridayIndividual health & dental insurance (optional after 90 day introductory period)401K plan (optional after 90 day introductory period)QualificationsScreen printing: 1 year (Preferred)Manufacturing: 1 year (Preferred)
