AssemblerIndustrial Assembler Location: West Tulsa, OK Pay Range: $18.86–$22.00 per hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM, with overtime as neededPosition Summary:We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Assembler to join our manufacturing team. The Assembler is responsible for assembling mechanical products and components according to blueprints, work instructions, and quality standards. This position requires experience using hand tools, the ability to read technical drawings, and a strong commitment to workplace safety.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Assemble mechanical equipment and components according to specifications and blueprints.Identify, locate, and verify required parts and materials for assembly.Use hand tools, power tools, measuring devices, and testing equipment safely and effectively.Inspect completed assemblies to ensure proper alignment, fit, and functionality.Perform quality checks and report defects or equipment malfunctions.Assist with troubleshooting and corrective actions when issues arise.Conduct hydrostatic testing as required.Paint finished products when needed.Operate forklifts to move materials, inventory, and finished goods.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.Perform additional duties as assigned by management.Qualifications:High school diploma or GED required.Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred.Experience using hand and power tools.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions.Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.Knowledge of shop safety practices and quality assurance procedures.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Physical Requirements:Ability to stand for extended periods.Frequent use of hands and arms for assembly tasks.Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly.Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach as needed.Ability to work around moving machinery in a manufacturing environment.Must have sufficient vision for detailed assembly and inspection work.
