Number of Weeks: 13

Salary: $50 to $60 per hour

Day Shift; 36 hours per week. 0700- 1930; scanner is a Siemens 64 Somatom

Job Description:

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Travel Nurse - Computed Tomography Tech to join our team in Templeton, CA. This position involves a day shift schedule of 36 hours per week, with specific hours as follows: from 0700 AM to 1930 PM, The role requires some on-call responsibilities and experience with a Siemens 64 Somatom scanner as well as x-ray procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform computed tomography (CT) scans using the Siemens 64 Somatom scanner.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to provide optimal patient care.
• Monitor and assess patients' conditions before, during, and after procedures.
• Administer medications and document as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the imaging area, including adequate stock of supplies.
• Share on-call responsibilities with a required 30-minute response time when needed.
• Transport patients as necessary and assist with other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Current RN licensure in California.
• Experience with computed tomography and x-ray procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
