Job Title: Computed Tomography Tech - Travel Allied Professional
Location: Fort Bragg, CA, USA
Shift: Night Shift (Friday - Sunday)
Duration: 16 Weeks
Salary: $40 to $55 per hour
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Computed Tomography Tech to join our team at [Hospital/Facility Name] in Fort Bragg, CA. The successful candidate will provide high-quality imaging services during the night shift, focusing on patient care and safety. This position requires weekend coverage, working three 12-hour shifts, typically from 7 PM to 7:30 AM.
Key Responsibilities- Perform computed tomography scans as per physician instructions and protocols.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures.
- Maintain and operate CT equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety standards.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to deliver accurate diagnostic images.
- Document and maintain patient records in accordance with healthcare regulations.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and safety guidelines.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of CT experience or current enrollment in a CT practicum.
- Education: Completion of a Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) accredited program in Radiology is required.
- Certification:
- Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification or the ability to obtain ARRT certification in all practice specialty areas within one year of hire or transfer date.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality patient care.
