Key Responsibilities A/R Management: Oversee the full-cycle accounts receivable process. Collections: Conduct professional, firm follow-ups on outstanding invoices to ensure timely payments. Accounting & Spreadsheets: Build and maintain detailed Microsoft Excel spreadsheets, process invoices, and reconcile accounts. Reporting: Assist the accounting team with month-end financial reporting and record-keeping. Compliance & Organization: Ensure financial data remains accurate, organized, and compliant with company procedures. Qualifications & Requirements Experience: 5+ years of dedicated Accounts Receivable and Collections experience (Required). Software Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and hands-on experience with accounting software. Education: Degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus, but not required with relevant experience. Core Competencies: High attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and professional customer service / verbal communication abilities.
