You prioritize, isolate faults quickly, adjust instrumentation, and verify performance with a clean test run. By shift’s end, every work order is documented, completed units are tagged, and the plant is ready for the next build.What you’ll doMaintain and repair facility equipment and grounds across mechanical, electrical/electronic, pneumatic, hydraulic, and HVAC domains.Diagnose through observation and testing; disassemble assemblies to access defective parts, assess wear/fit, and restore to spec.Clean, lubricate, repair/replace parts, and tune instruments/controls; validate performance with start-up tests.Service electrical equipment and control systems; conduct routine plant safety inspections.Close out maintenance requests; log PMs in the book and attach completion tags to serviced auxiliary gear.Follow OSHA/ANSI safe-work practices; submit requisitions with approvals for parts and materials.Bring and maintain your own tools; complete tasks promptly to support production.Compliance note: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
