JOB LOCATION:  2417 South Grand, Carthage, MO 64836HOURS: Full-time, 40 hours per week. Must be available between 8:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m.JOB SUMMARY:Provides the first line of customer contact for incoming calls and customers entering the branch. Provide excellent customer service in accordance with our bank standards and philosophy. Present a neat, clean and professional appearance at all times. Cross sell bank products and services as appropriate.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Provides general clerical support for the branch while greeting customers, answering phones, ordering supplies, etc.Transfers calls to the appropriate person or department to assist customer.Responsible for various monthly branch / bank reports.May assist other departments with special projects.Participates in available training to strengthen job knowledge.Participates in bank community activities and promotes SMB products and services.SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:Excellent Customer Service Skills and Team Player AttitudeProfessional and positive Communication SkillsDetail Oriented and ability to Multi-Task are essentialFlexibility and Follow Up necessaryWorking knowledge of Microsoft Word and ExcelPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:This position is largely sedentary; however, it does require some degree of bending, standing and twisting. The use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers and fax machines is also required.
