Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Renal / Medical-Surgical

Location: Cincinnati, OH
Duration: 8 Weeks
Schedule: 3x12 Hour Night Shifts | 36 Hours/Week
Shift: Nights

Job Summary

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join a specialized Renal/Medical-Surgical unit. The RN will provide high-quality patient care for kidney disease, kidney transplant, dialysis, and general medical-surgical patients while collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
Provide care to renal, kidney transplant, dialysis, and medical-surgical patients
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to the healthcare team
Develop and implement individualized care plans
Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and disease management
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Collaborate with physicians, nephrologists, transplant teams, and interdisciplinary staff
Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
Float to other units as needed based on patient care requirements

Required Qualifications

Diploma of Nursing
Active Ohio RN License or Compact RN License
Current BLS Certification (American Heart Association)
Strong communication and critical thinking skills
Ability to provide culturally competent patient care

Preferred Qualifications

BSN
5+ years of RN experience
Renal, transplant, dialysis, or Medical-Surgical experience
Experience in acute care hospital settings
