In addition, you will be expected to set strategy, vision and direction for successful execution focused on overall product integrity and on-time deliveries. This role is 100% onsite in Tucson, AZ.There will be high visibility to include executive leadership engagement as this is one of the core programs that drive success all the way up to the Strategic Business Unit level.What You Will DoAccount for profit and loss, AOP development and implementation, and Estimate at Completions (EACs)Create and lead a program execution methodology that provides clarity and visibility into execution status with a cross-functional teamBuild and maintain excellent relationships with customers and key suppliersManage risk, opportunity, cost, quality and schedule performanceManage priority decisions that balance risk, execution deadlines and profitabilityDrive the expectation of maintaining a positive team dynamic and the development of leaders within the production teamEnsure program performance and adherence to program plans, schedules and budgetsManage the contract through the Raytheon Leadership Program Management (RLPM) gating processTravel, as needed, to support business engagementsQualifications You Must Have:Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced degree in a related field and minimum 10 years’ experienceProgram management experience leading production programs or transition to production programsExperience managing cost, schedule, and technical performance for programs with use of program management tools such as Earned Value Management System (EVMS), Risk and Opportunity ManagementExperience leading cross-functional teamsActive and transferrable Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date with the ability to obtain program access after startQualifications We PreferProgram Management Level 4 Certification or ability to obtain within one yearProven success creating and maintaining strong executive level relationships with suppliers, customers, government representatives, primes and internal peersExperience developing and implementing execution, coordination, and growth strategies for franchise programs Oversight and monitoring of supplier performance; develop preventive and corrective actions as necessaryProven success creating and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, customers, government representatives, primes and internal peersExperience working with customers on government programs with complexity requiring direct customer interfaces, both internal and externalWhat We OfferOur values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world.
