AI Software Engineer for Recruiting Agent Development

Join a pioneering team dedicated to developing a next-generation AI recruiting agent. In this role, you will enhance AI capabilities, leverage cutting-edge large language models (LLMs), and implement production-ready features that elevate the performance and reliability of our AI systems. Key Responsibilities

• Build and enhance AI agent capabilities utilizing modern LLMs.
• Develop backend services and APIs using Python.
• Design and iterate on prompts, workflows, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and agent orchestration.
• Evaluate model performance and drive quality improvements through experimentation.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver AI-powered features.
• Deploy and maintain scalable AI systems in production environments.
• Stay updated with the latest AI models, tools, and best practices.

• Strong Python software engineering skills.
• Experience in building applications with LLMs and AI APIs.
• Familiarity with agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex.
• Experience in developing APIs with FastAPI or similar frameworks.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Strong problem-solving skills and an experimental mindset.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Experience in shipping AI products or AI agents to production.
• Familiarity with RAG, tool calling, model evaluation, or prompt engineering.
• Contributions to open-source AI projects or personal AI applications.
• Experience in fast-paced, AI-first environments.

This is a full-time, remote position.

The national pay range for this position is $160, 000, $300, 000 per year. All employees are eligible for equity compensation, and performance-based bonuses may be available, subject to company policies.
