Position Overview

As a Remote Insurance Operations Leader , you'll develop your business and leadership skills while working directly with clients and supporting the development of other representatives.

This is a hands-on leadership opportunity—not a traditional salaried corporate management position .

Responsibilities may include:

• Mentor and support remote insurance representatives

• Help onboard and develop new team members

You'll also work directly with individuals and families by:

• Conducting scheduled Zoom and phone appointments

• Explaining life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options

• Providing needs-based recommendations

• Guiding clients through applications and enrollment

• Building long-term client relationships

• Providing ongoing service and follow-up

Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:
