Strategic Sourcing Manager

Our client is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Manager to join their team. As a Strategic Sourcing Manager, you will be part of the Procurement Department supporting Engineering and Go-To-Market Business Units. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong negotiation skills, proactive communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization. Job Title: Strategic Sourcing Manager Location: Atlanta, GA - Hybrid What's the Job? Manage end-to-end sourcing projects, including market research, RFP development, and vendor evaluation. Maintain active engagement with suppliers to monitor performance and manage contractual obligations. Drive operational excellence by streamlining procurement workflows using internal tools and best practices. Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Finance, Legal, and Engineering to define sourcing requirements and ensure compliance. Analyze spend data, market trends, and supplier performance metrics to support data-driven decision-making. What's Needed? At least 2 years of experience sourcing or buying professional services. Familiarity with Statement of Work (SOW) documentation. Ability to demonstrate core skills in data management, presentation, and effective communication. Experience with procurement-related software tools. Strong relationship management skills with suppliers and internal teams. What's in it for me?
